Refund policy

**30-Day Return Policy**
Any returned item more than 30 days after delivery is not refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sealed items must remain sealed.

**Refund Policy (if applicable)**  

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Sale Items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

**Exchanges (if applicable)** 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at sales@buyrocknroll.rocks

**Shipping **
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

You must insure your item and use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
